This site was set up by Michael O'Sullivan and Caroline Cousins in response to the increasing interest in past life regression hypnotherapy and the need to provide more information to the public and to dispel any myths surrounding it.  Both Michael and Caroline are experienced professional hypnotherapists - Michael with over 20 years extensive experience in his field, including an author on several books and many articles on hypnotherapy, as well as being active within the hypnotherapy community and its associated professional groups for many years.  Caroline is also a professional hypnotherapist specialising in the transpersonal side, including past life regression.  She has extensive experience and interest in the more spiritual side and therefore takes a keen interest in combining some past life regression therapy with healing on a soul level, where appropriate.
